My journey

I discovered yoga a few years ago in Canada as a stressful student. I attended a class and felt immediately better and more relaxed. A few years later, while expecting my first child, I decided to attend prenatal yoga, and since then, I haven’t stopped practicing yoga. It was a great way to find peace, balance, and inner calm as a working mum.

 

When I arrived in Asia in 2015, I was fortunate to learn from inspiring and widely renowned traditional yoga masters and experts. 
Yoga helps us connect to our inner selves, making us feel more aligned and empowered. 


I think that yoga has transformational virtues and goes well beyond the physical and psychological benefits that can be attributed to it.​ Lately, I became certified in prenatal yoga to be able to accompany pregnant women in this significant part of their life. Yoga is an excellent way to help you thrift in this beautiful journey of motherhood.
